Welcome to Acoustic Echoes Recording Studio. Please read these terms carefully before using our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services of Acoustic Echoes Recording Studio, located at 121 Demonbreun Street, Nashville, TN 37203, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. Acoustic Echoes Recording Studio is owned and operated by Echoing Tones LLC.

2. Service Agreement

A service agreement will be established between Acoustic Echoes and the client upon booking a recording session or other service. This agreement will outline the specific services to be provided, the agreed-upon rates, and the scheduled dates and times. The client is responsible for reviewing and understanding the terms of the service agreement before commencing work. Any modifications to the service agreement must be made in writing and agreed upon by both parties.

3. Payment Terms

Payment for services rendered by Acoustic Echoes is due according to the terms outlined in the service agreement. A deposit, typically 50% of the total cost, may be required to secure the booking. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the recording session, mixing, mastering, or other agreed-upon services. We accept payments via cash, check, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), and electronic funds transfer. Late payments may incur a late fee of 5% per month. For projects exceeding $5,000, a payment schedule may be arranged.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 72 hours prior to the scheduled session will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the session will forfeit the deposit. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur a rescheduling fee of $50. No-shows will be charged the full amount of the scheduled session. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we will do our best to accommodate rescheduling requests whenever possible. 5. Liability

Acoustic Echoes Recording Studio is not liable for any loss, damage, or theft of personal property brought onto the premises. We are not responsible for any delays or interruptions in service due to technical malfunctions, power outages, or other unforeseen circumstances. While we take precautions to ensure the safety of our clients and equipment, we are not liable for any personal injury sustained on the premises, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct. Clients are responsible for their own actions and behavior while in the studio. We maintain insurance coverage for liability purposes.

6. Intellectual Property

The client retains ownership of the copyright to their original music and recordings. Acoustic Echoes retains ownership of the copyright to any original material created by our engineers or staff during the recording process, such as backing tracks or arrangements. Clients are granted a license to use these materials for their own purposes, but may not distribute or resell them without our express written consent. We reserve the right to use excerpts of client recordings for promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. For clarity, a separate agreement can be created to handle intellectual property in cases of complex collaboration.

7. Studio Usage

Clients are expected to use the studio equipment and facilities responsibly and in accordance with the instructions provided by our engineers. Any damage to the equipment or facilities caused by the client’s negligence or misuse will be the client’s responsibility to repair or replace. Food and beverages are permitted in designated areas only. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the studio. Clients are expected to maintain a professional and respectful demeanor towards our staff and other clients. Excessive noise or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. Any violation of these studio usage guidelines may result in termination of the session without refund.

8. Data Protection

Acoustic Echoes collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website. We take steps to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. We may use your contact information to send you promotional materials or updates about our services, but you may opt out of receiving these communications at any time. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. We comply with all applicable data protection laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

9. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

Acoustic Echoes reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will become effective immediately upon posting. It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically for any updates or changes. Your continued use of our services after any changes have been made constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. We may also notify you of significant changes via email.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Nashville, Tennessee.
